Are you a PSP, an acquirer, or a Payments Partner?
We're a Payments Partner with direct commercial agreements with Tier 1 acquirers across every major region. You sign with Cardflo and with each acquirer we place you on, and we bring the orchestration platform that ties them together.
How is your pricing structured?
We support Interchange++, blended and hybrid models. The right one depends on your volume, ticket size and mix. We benchmark your current effective rate during onboarding and only propose a structure that improves on it.
What if I already have a PSP or acquirer?
Most of our merchants do when they come to us. We can sit alongside your existing setup as a routing layer, take over fully, or anywhere in between. Your choice, and you can change your mind.
How long does underwriting take?
Standard verticals are written and live in under 14 days. High-risk and regulated verticals (gaming, crypto, adult, nutra) typically take 2 to 4 weeks depending on documentation.
What happens to my tokens if I leave?
You own your customer data. Tokens are network-tokenised at the scheme level where possible and fully portable to any other processor. No vendor lock-in.
Do you support high-risk merchants?
Yes. We have a specialist underwriting desk and acquirer relationships specifically for gaming, crypto on-/off-ramp, adult, nutraceuticals, forex and CBD. We won't waste your time if we can't help.
